In 2019, driven by a profound call for adventure I left the comforts and the rush of corporate life in the UK. I moved to the serene shores of Langebaan, South Africa, to start a journey both transformative and revolutionary. That's how my business began. 

As a former change management professional and a huge advocate of brave-hearted living, I know firsthand the pressure of navigating major life and career transitions. My sessions and programs are crafted to provide overwhelmed individuals with a sanctuary for stress relief and a pathway to achieving a harmonious work-life balance.
